At atb, the Commission on Ethics and Social Affairs serves as the primary body overseeing the coordination and implementation of sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives. Reporting directly to the Management Board, the Commission operates in close collaboration with the Settlements Department and other relevant structural units.

 

The key functions of the Commission include promoting ethics principles, fostering a transparent and fair working environment, ensuring consideration of employees’ psychological well-being and social needs, creating opportunities for professional development, providing social support to employees in need, and strengthening the culture of collaboration.

 

In addition, the Commission is responsible for preventing ethical violations, evaluating employee proposals, and monitoring the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects. At atb, CSR initiatives are planned and implemented within the framework of the CSR Policy and with the joint participation of the relevant departments.
